Updated: Nov 4, 2025
As part of NetSuite’s ongoing system planning and testing for the NetSuite2.com data source, NetSuite have scheduled a 48-hour test outage window from November 4th 00:01 PST through to November 5th 23:59 PST.
During the window, Solution 7 will not function for customers connecting to NetSuite with the legacy (NetSuite.com) data source. Customers will instead receive the following error:

How to Get Help
If you are receiving the above error and need to build or refresh spreadsheets during the test window, please either:
Raise a support ticket with NetSuite saying that you are ‘Unable to connect to NetSuite using SuiteAnalytics Connect with the Legacy (NetSuite.com) data source’, or
Review our Phase 1 blog post or Phase 1 video guide and the Phase 2 blog post or Phase 2 video guide (or the full migration video series) for step-by-step instructions on how to migrate to the NetSuite2.com data source.
The outage window is part of NetSuite’s wider improvement program to enhance reliability, security, and performance across systems. We encourage all customers to use the window as an opportunity to complete their migration to the NetSuite2.com data source.
How to Check your Data Source
To confirm whether you are affected by this outage:
Open Solution 7
Go to Configure
In the Data Provider section of the dialogue box:
If you have NetSuite2.com selected, you are all set – no action needed.
If you have Legacy (NetSuite.com) selected, Solution 7 will fail to activate during the test window.
IMPORTANT: Switching to the new data source is only one small part of the NetSuite2.com migration. All users on the legacy data source and all workbooks built with the legacy data source will need to test the NetSuite2.com data source functions correctly.

Recommended Action
We strongly encourage all customers using the legacy (NetSuite.com) data source to migrate to NetSuite2.com immediately. Doing so will ensure uninterrupted access during this and any future NetSuite testing or outage windows.

Nice update, thanks for sharing.
A clear and practical post like November Test Outage Window is always good to see — especially when it highlights planned maintenance here in the United Kingdom without overcomplicating things. Straightforward notices like this feel way more useful than most generic updates floating around. I like how teams keep the message simple and focused on what matters. Sometimes I bookmark random posts just to come back later, the same way I once saved a link like katana spin casino during casual browsing — not for the name, but because it popped up in a totally unexpected context and stuck in my mind.
Anyway, solid and informative overall. Perfect if you’re tracking updates, and definitely worth…
