Install & Migration Tracker

Please help us track your adapter installation and NetSuite2 migration progress by answering any, or all, of the questions below. Please feel free to resubmit your answers mulitple times as you progress through your install and migration.

1. Approximately how many users in your organisation have Solution 7 installed?

In addition to the number of licences, this number will help us undersand how easy or difficult it is for your organization to migrate to NetSuite2.

2. Do all users have Solution 7 Version 4.12.9230 (or later)?

HINT: To find your current Solution 7 version, click Soluton 7 >> About.

Be aware the version on another users machine may be different to yours.

3. Are all users configured to use the NetSuite2.com Data Provider?
Yes - 'SuiteAnalytics - NetSuite2.com'
No - 'SuiteAnalytics - Legacy'

HINT: To view your current data provider, click Soluton 7 >> Configure.

4.2. Have you successfully installed and tested your new NetSuite2 compatible adapter.

HINT: If you have NetSuite customisations in Solution 7, as part of the migration we will have sent you a new .xdfx file. To add your new adapter, click Soluton 7 >> Configure >> Adapters.

5. Have you backed up, migrated and thorougly tested your Legacy workbooks.

HINT: It is important you backup and thoroughly test migrated workbooks well in advance of any financial reporting deadlines. For each Legacy workbook, click Soluton 7 >> List & Table Manager.
